Emily Rice is a highly motivated multimedia communications specialist with expertise in digital and print marketing content and nearly a decade of experience in media and marketing including writing, photography, reporting, graphic design and copy editing. She is a 2016 Summa Cum Laude graduate of Marshall University's College of Arts and Media with a passion for communication and storytelling through creative and innovative methods.

In her current position as the Appalachia Health News Reporter at West Virginia Public Broadcasting, she has the privilege of covering health in the Mountain State.
