Bio

Photographer, Journalist, Designer and Creative.

I am a West Virginia native who grew up with a camera in my hand. I took my first photograph at the age of three. So, from a young age I developed a love for the outdoors and for capturing it’s beauty through the lens.

I graduated from Marshall University, Magna Cum Laude, in May 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Online Journalism and a minor in Photography. My passions include reading, photography, sea turtle conservation, yoga, and spending time outdoors and with my dog. My career goal is to be a Pulitzer Prize-winning photojournalist; I want to travel the world, telling people’s stories through my writing and photography and settling social, political, and environmental injustices through this work.
